Collection: Custom Orders

This page is dedicated to custom orders that have already been discussed and approved by the crafter.

If you are interested in a custom order (or purchasing a product that has been sold out), please submit a request form below.

• All custom orders will include a customization fee, which will be discussed with the customer prior to payment. Some crafts take more time, stuffing, fabric, accessories, etc.
• If the custom order is a request for a duplicate of an already made but sold out product, payment will be requested after discussion with the crafter, but prior to making the order, and an email will be sent to the customer once the custom order has been shipped. Duplicates are subject to have a change in material or color on accessory items, depending on what the crafter has on hand.
• Should a custom order be approved for a specific outfit, change of fabric material or color, etc., an email will be sent to the customer including a proof of the available material, and approval of the proof is required in order to start production.  
• Custom orders may have a delay in shipping times, due to the time it takes to make and process the product.  
• There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
