Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ReturnsÂ
If you believe a return is warranted, you can contact us at chickenpickins@hotmail.com. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.Â
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Late or missing refundsÂ
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Â
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
